The Bhoruka skill base continues to grow in engineering excellence and project management. With every new project the BPCL team gets better equipped to face the challenges of the future. People management and the way in which the company's employees interact internally and externally is an important area of management focus. Resources have been invested to sharpen this aspect of BPCL's business through training and personal development programmes. It shall be our endeavor to provide at least 7 man days of training to each employee during the year. This is a continuous process to ensure that BPCL meets the highest standards in all aspects of the company's operations. Today, the organization is driven by a 200 strong team.

Health & Safety

A safe workplace occupies prime position in BPCL's functioning. Measures to ensure a safe and healthy workplace have been identified with each of the company's project sites featuring a safety officer with regular safety programs conducted by the National Safety Council. The company's health policy underlines the necessity to prevent personal injury and protect every employee from foreseeable work hazards. While the company chalks out its responsibilities towards the safety of the employee, the policy also places equal emphasis on the need for personnel to adhere to company procedures for securing a safe workplace.
