The Bhoruka skill base continues to grow in

With every new project the BPCL team gets
better equipped to face the challenges of the
future. People management and the way in which
the company's employees interact internally
and externally is an important area of
management focus. Resources have been invested
to sharpen this aspect of BPCL's business
through training and personal development
programmes. It shall be our endeavor to
provide at least 7 man days of training to
each employee during the year. This is a
continuous process to ensure that BPCL meets
the highest standards in all aspects of the
company's operations. Today, the organization
is driven by a 200 strong team.
